I was trained in classical piano technique and having a mathematical mindset, I am inspired by the patterns in music, the harmonies, the rhythms and the structured interplay in classical compositions.  But when the unexpected is subtly mixed in with offbeats and discords, music hits a new inspiration for me in the form of jazz.  

It has been a blessing to be part of the worship team and bring my passion to the mix. 

 

There are just 12 notes in the musical scale, yet the richness and variety of sound in endless combinations evokes every human emotion possible.  It leaves me in awe of our Creator’s inventive mind and his desire to create a never-ending playground just for our good pleasure.
